The company abc-knowledge company S.L. was established in 2003 in Mallorca, Spain. It is owned and managed by Dr. Helen Cummins. The team consists of 10 people who share a common goal in their commitment to providing top quality, value added products and services to a rapidly growing client base particularly our network of professional Real Estate Agents worldwide. From our head office in Mallorca, we also run our other internet platform abc-mallorca.com in addition to our monthly publication abcMallorca lifestyle and property guide.
abc-property.com was launched on the 1st of February 2004 for the purpose of making it easy for those seeking to purchase a property overseas to do so with the minimum of effort and to have easy access to well researched, valuable information about purchasing a property overseas. Since the launch of the website we have uploaded over 30,000 properties from more than 100 real estate agents in more than 18 different locations worldwide (as of the 1st December 2007).
In addition, visitors to our site can benefit from the large collection of articles about buying abroad which are available in our Online Magazine. Once you find a property you may need the services from some of the businesses listed in our comprehensive business directory called Business Finder. We have a Classified Section which is a free service for you to sell unwanted furniture and other miscellaneous items or you may be interested to find some bargains to furnish you new home.
