abc-property.com is a pay-per-click internet portal, which allows you to easily manage your expenditure. It is a very fair system as you only pay when a visitor to the site wanted to view in detail one of your properties. The visitor enters his/her search criteria, your properties will show together with other properties on a list matching the search criteria, but only when the customer clicks on the brochure to see full details, do you pay for the click. You set a daily budget and once this has been utilised your account will be deactivated for the remainder of the day. This way, you have total control over how much you spend.
All clicks will be charged at the end of the month from your credit card.

You can optimise your online campaign by advertising your properties in Mallorca Magazine. The magazine is delivered to the members of abc-property.com free of charge (currently almost 4,000 members), thus providing a highly efficient distribution to a clientele which signed up for our service because they are actively seeking to buy a property. The magazine is also distributed free through our network of real estate agents, golf courses, restaurants and hotels etc.

Yes, within the Find an Agent section the user can chose to see your company details, which also includes a direct link to your website.
Our database accumulates the details of all the users registered on our site as property seekers. Data includes name, email address and/or phone and the type of property sought. So if you get a new property listing for example, you can check in the database whether it matches with the requirements of any of our registered members and contact them directly by telephone, email or post.
