Casa Serena is a private plant in exclusive situation with ever 3 front line air-conditioned (cold/warm) self-catering apartments (Type B) with two bed rooms and studios (type A). These are situated in one of the most idyllic settings on the Balearic Islands.
The view out of the apartment can only be described as magnificent and you can see the Marina of Cala D´ Or from inside.
Casa Serena offers you a saltwater pool (no chlorine) with a jet stream, a Barbeque-area and a WLAN without any additional costs.
The complex is a a – few - minutes - walk away from the fine restaurants and beaches in the area of the Cala D'Or. There is an 18 - whole golf course in the area.
Cala Llonga is possibly the best and most beautiful marina in the Mediterranean which attracts the European Jet-set and their luxury yachts. The harbour also has exclusive shops with the latest fashion and excellent restaurants.
This lets Casa Serena become one of the best situated, private and secluded complexes in the area.

21 days holiday and pay just 18 days.
The shown rate per apartment includes the costs for linen, towels, electricity and water. With stays longer than 10 days bed linen and towels are changed as well as a intermediate cleaning is done every 7 days (can also be booked separately against extra fee, see price list).
For each stay there is a additionally fee of Euro 100,- for the handover-cleaning. The apartment is to be given back broom-purely at the end of renting.
A deposit of 30 % of the whole rent has to be paid with the reservation. The rest has to be paid 8 weeks before departure in our account. The apartments/studios are available at approx. 2:00 pm. In case you are there earlier, your luggage can be placed in the house. On departure were asking to leave the apartment by latest 10:00 am.
