The apartment is in a well-built Spanish-style building, that is built around a lovely large pool and garden area. The best features must be the light and the fabulous viwes out to the pool and garden. You enter into a small hall and the nice closed kitchen is off to the left. Here you have plenty of light and access directly to the private laundry-room. Straight ahead from the hall is the lovely living-room with a fireplace and with access to the spacious terrace.Here you most probably will spend most of your time! There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the main bedroom has access to the terrace. The other bedroom opens into a private court-yard. Both bedrooms have built in cupboards. The apartment hardly needs to be heated, it is very warm in winter and cool in summer. Opposite he entrabce door here are steps down to the underground car space that included inthe price. Should you not wish to purchase this car-space, the price can be reduced. There is furthermore a private storeroom with this apartment. The gardens are very well-kept and the pool is large and inviting. If you wish to have a swim in the sea, there is a small beach only a couple of minutes away.
