Playa Marina is a small apartment plant with 6 air conditioned (w/c) apartments with one (Type A) or two (Type B) bedrooms. It is directly situated at the beach of the Cala Ferrera. From the apartment plant, you have direct access to the beach. In addition to this, the plant is only a few minutes far away from restaurants and shops in the Cala Ferrera by foot and it is also only a few walking minutes away from the centre of the Cala D'Or.
Cala Ferrera is connected to Cala D'Or, probably one of the most beautiful yachting ports in the Mediterranean. All this makes this apartment plant an ideal starting point for your vacation and is also ideal for your beach holidays.
Notes to the rental rates:

14 days holiday and pay just 12 days or
21 days holiday and pay just 18 days.
The shown rate per apartment includes the costs for linen, towels, electricity and water. With stays longer than 10 days bed linen and towels are changed as well as a intermediate cleaning is done every 7 days (can also be booked separately against extra fee, see price list).
For each stay there is a additionally fee of Euro 100,- for the handover-cleaning. The apartment is to be given back broom-purely at the end of renting.
A deposit of 30 % of the whole rent has to be paid with the reservation. The rest has to be paid 8 weeks before departure in our account. The apartments/studios are available at approx. 2:00 pm. In case you are there earlier, your luggage can be placed in the house. On departure were asking to leave the apartment by latest 10:00 am.
