In Ca'n Jordi you will enjoy the charm of an old Mediterranean Finca, connected with today's comfort of modern technology.
A beautiful garden property of approximately 1,240 square meters for you, as our guests, and a floor space of approximately 230 square meters on two floors (160 square meters ground floor, 70 square meters upper floor) are available for the customers, as well as further approx. 70 square meters, partly considered, of terrace.
Ca'n Jordi is situated in a quiet side street of the Cala Murada and is only 5 walking minutes away from the beach and from the next supermarket as well as from a restaurant.
Notes to the rental rates:
The shown rate is for the house and includes the costs for linen, towels, electricity and water. With stays longer than 10 days bed linen and towels are changed as well as a intermediate cleaning is done every 7 days (can also be booked separately against extra fee, see price list).
For each stay there is a additionally fee of Euro 150,- for the handover-cleaning. The house is to be given back broom-purely at the end of renting.
A deposit of 30 % of the whole rent has to be paid with the reservation.The rest has to be paid 8 weeks before departure in our account. The apartments/studios are available at approx. 2:00 pm. In case you are there earlier, your luggage can be placed in the house. On departure were asking to leave the apartment by latest 10:00 am.
