This very well-kept country house is located in the outskirts of Esporles from Palma coming. Its elevated position offers fantastic and uninhibited views over the valley.
The elegant house has been completely refurbished in 2005 and is in excellent conditions.The high ceiling with wooden beams gives a very spacious feeling to the living room. The main living area is all laid out over one floor with the spacious living – dining room, an open kitchen with direct access to the garden, 2 bedrooms, a large bathroom with tub and massage shower, a guest toilet and a laundry room. On the inferior level there is a separate guest apartment with living room, bedroom and bathroom as well as a small office and the central heating room. In the garden there are a covered porch with BBQ , a sauna as well as Whirlpool jacuzzi for 5 persons.
The terraced plot of ~2000m² is beautifully landscaped with a mature mediterranean garden and the many old dry stone walls accentuate the Majorcan feeling. The plot is fenced in with complete privacy and uninhibited views. Car park for 2 cars.
