Full Description »This bar is a DJ music bar in the heart of Magalluf it is a very busy bar with a café concieto licence.
This bar is a scale down club it has all the attributes of a larger club packed into 40m2.
This newly refurbished art deco bar is very popular.
Entering from street level, through the double sound proof doors you walk into a very atmospheric party zone.
The floor is parquet type polished wood which captivates the whole colour scheme of the bar; intelligent disco lights surround the public area coupled with a mirror ball and spot lights.
Throughout the bar there are 12 cushion top wooden bar stools, 3 televisions all linked to satellite, DVD and video, also in the public area are 2 hot and cold air-conditioning units.
The bar is fully equipped with 1 x 3 draw bottle cooler, 2 x 2 draw bottle coolers, beer dispensing equipment, cash register, presentation fridge, an upright fridge/freezer, an ice freezer and a sink unit
The air-conditioned DJ booth is of professional standard comprising of 2 x Technics SL1210 MK2 vinyl decks, 2 x Denon DNS1000 CD decks, 1 x Gemini CFX-40 twin DC deck, 1 x DJ pro 5 channel mixer, DAS two channel amplifier coupled with 2 x DAS 300 Watt speakers, Sony Karaoke machine, DVD, video player and a sound limiter ( legal requirements for a loud music bar, this bar has a 96 decibel licence).
To the rear of the bar are the washrooms and a vented store room which houses 3 x coolers and shelving for stock, to the back of the storeroom is a door for rear access with storage space outside.
The Exterior
The front terrace is approx 40m2 and is adjacent to many large hotels.
The main terrace consists of 6 x funky zebra topped tables with aluminium bamboo like chairs giving 30 covers.
The top terrace consists of mahogany style weather resistant furniture and further seating totalling 10 covers.
