Full Description »Unique, easy to run money making venture. This t-shirt printing shop has been in its present location for 8 years. The owner has fine tuned it applying all the experience earned over 20 years in the industry. The exposure and location of the local is brilliant. On the main street, by the large hotels and apartment complexes, the elevated corner unit is widely visible, attracting passers by to drop in for custom made, personalized t-shirts, caps and other items.
Everything in this business is selected and prepared to provide fast service and a quality product. Customers wait in line to get their hand picked designs, out of a very large collection of designs, in the colors they wish. Designs are all PC based. They are cut /printed on a top of the line, fast plotter on a quality vinyl film and imprinted on 2 quality Hix presses. A separate machine for the caps is available.
Staff is reduced to 2 full time employees in season + 1 additional person to help out on a part time basis.
Although very little marketing effort / expense is applied, the business is hugely successful based on the location and the consistent quality it provides to its customers.
The owner is prepared to offer an adequate hand-over period.
Hours: 10:00 - 16:00 6 days/week before easter, 10:00 - 21:00 7 days/week in high season.
Supplies are ordered over the phone from the Spanish mainland with a turn around time of 1 week, making a large inventory redundant.
