This popular bar/cafeteria is located in a pedestrian area just off the main entertainment street in Magaluf and within a holiday apartment complex with a private swimming pool. Mallorca´s largest tourist apartment complex with over 1000 units is next door to the bar. The bar trades all year providing drinks and a large list of sandwiches and dishes to the mainly British tourists. Local residents have adopted the bar as well as a popular meeting place. British and Scandinavian represent the larger part of the customers. Breakfast and lunch dishes are very popular.
Double glazed windows and doors are fitted throughout and a smoke extraction system provides air renewal. The air conditioning unit provides a very agreeable temperature throughout the summer months.
A large sunny terrace on both sides of the bar can seat up to 40 guests under the canopy. with direct view on the pool area. All chairs / tables have been recently replaced.
Seating capacity inside is divided between bar stools, tables surrounded by upholstered benches and chairs. A stereo and 3 TV sets with satellite dish provide for entertainment. A Internet station is available for customers and provides an additional stream of income.
All beverage is stored in a separate room. 3 freezers and a refrigerator are used to store the food supplies.
The kitchen includes a griddle, 3 microwaves, toaster, fryer, extraction system, industrial sandwich toaster, upright stainless steel fridge, food slicer and double sink unit.
The bar used to be open 12 months / year until the owner decided to take more time for himself.
