This magnificent property is a hotel and restaurant situated in the heart of Mallorca and which over the years has become a favourite meeting point for nature lovers and gourmets. Originally an old monastery of approximately 400 years, the hotel is situated in the Tramuntana mountains, in a conservation area surrounded by forests and lush vegetation.
Classification Rural Hotel 1, the main construction of this hotel dates from the century XVII, the ground floor comprises a concierge foyer waiting room, halls, restaurant, with reverse cycle air conditioning and heating, kitchens and a small chapel.
The restaurant is located inside one of the most beautiful olive mills of Mallorca. Where years ago the oil used to be pressed, guests can now sit back and be wined and dined within this beautifully renovated room. The dining patio overlooks spectacular stone arches and the tower.
On the upper floors, there are some rooms and the others are separated from the main building, totalling 24 rooms, all with full bathrooms, with bathtub, reverse cycle air conditioning and heating, all rooms have Internet Access. Many of the rooms are decorated in Mallorcan style, some of them with fireplaces, antique furniture, terraces, air condition, direct access to the garden and spectacular views of the Alfabia mountain range.

In addition to the main building, there is a Spa complex which houses a completely new spa house, that includes a gymnasium, covered swimming pool, sauna, Turkish bath, massage areas, changing rooms and a small convention room.
