Full Description »This 2 key apart-hotel has 40 studios, each with small shower room ensuite. Located a few minutes from one of the largest and most popular beaches in South west Mallorca, and close to a wide range of bars and restaurants.
The entrance is into a foyer/reception area with a few chairs, and there is a small minimarket for guests to buy beverages and snacks.
The complex is on four floors with fire extinguishers in various positions along the corridors. Each room is basically furnished with two single beds, small kitchenette, table, chairs, and fitted wardrobes.
There is a sunny terrace and residents pool with sunbeds provided. The current market is ´´Club 18-30´´ budget holidays in the peak season; plus longer term lets in the low season.
There is ample potential for upgrading this apart-hotel; and could well suit as a first venture into hotel ownership.
