Apart from the interior bar, there are a covered terrace and an open terrace and collectivelly it has a maximum of 75 covers. There is a pupose built kitchen (fully equipped) and stock room.
The bar has an established Internet cafe.
The establishment has a fully furnished three bed apartment with new furniture, garden and access to swimming pool and leisure area.
Both the apartment and bar are fully functional and ready to occupy and operate.
