Full Description »Beautiful bungalow with big and not visible garden and a swimming pool, just a few walking minutes away from the beach.
The property is shielded from the already silent dead-end street by the house and the garage. For this reason, the beautiful, easy-care garden and the swimming-pool are situated nearly not visible which makes it very private. The swimming-pool (10x5 metres, 1.80 deep) lies slightly raised on a terrace and shielded by a wall and can be heated. Here are also the stairs to the roof-terrace. So, all in all, it is easy to secure for families with younger children.
The house itself consists of about 130 square metres of living-space, which are distributed on a living room with a corner for dinner, a beautiful glazed winter garden with sliding doors as a separate dining room, a kitchen with first-class equipment, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. In front of the living room, there lies a partly roofed terrace.
In front of the house, there you can find - next to a rack - also a garage which is available for you, in which the oil central-heating as well as the whole swimming-pool technique is situated.
The house itself was modernized by today´s owners and is on today´s standards now. For this reason, the whole electricity was replaced. All windows and terrace doors are double glazed and either featured with lattices and blinds/window shutters [called Persianer in Germany and on Mallorca] or with electric roller blinds. In addition to the supply by the oil central-heating, all bedrooms have additional air conditioners (cold/warm).
To the next sandy beach as well as to the shops and restaurants, it is just about five to ten walking minutes.
