Full Description »Can Sitin is a detached villa style house in a secluded lane with no through traffic and a footpath to the village centre. It enjoys views of the Church square, the village, the mountains and the sea from the three terraces. There are two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms in the main house, one of which has an attached bedroom for children. A living room with fireplace, lounge and double doors opening onto the South terrace, with views to the sea and steps down to the garden area. There is also a separate garden room sleeping two and a double sofa bed in the lounge. The kitchen and dining area open into the flower garden and kitchen terrace. Down steps to the pool terrace is a kidney shaped swimming pool with decking, a barbecue area and views to the valley below. The house is very light and airy and due to the altitude enjoys a particularly pleasant environment. With no main roads or mass tourism in the village the villa is in an exceptionally tranquil and quiet location.
